עשינו כל מאמץ כדי להציג במדויק ככל האפשר את הצבעים והתמונות של המוצרים שלנו המופיעים בחנות. בין מכשיר למכשיר (טלפונים סלולריים, מחשבים, תבלטים וכו') עשויים להיות הבדלים בצבעים המעוותים את התמונות. אנחנו לא יכולים להבטיח שאצלך במסך המחשב / מסך הטלפון ההצגה של כל צבע יהיה

You can cancel your order within 24 hours only, after your purchase.
Please choose your order correctly:
As long as the product not shipped, you may request that it be replaced by another product in stock up to only 24 hours after your purchase.
Requests to change the order to a more expensive product will be possible with the addition of a fee.
Requests to change the order to a more cheaper product will be not possible. Please change to other product with a same price or choose a couple of products to fill a original payment.
If the product was sent (the customer will receive a delivery confirmation to the email address), a change will not be possible at all.
Each Aspinoza's products is a limited edition and we cannot guarantee a specific size, color or fabric will be available for exchange. If the size, color and/or fabric you request is not available, you will be given a merchandise credit to use at our online-store.
Shipping Policy
Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-10 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number.
All orders are sent with duty and taxes unpaid, these charges must be paid by the customers. We strongly recommend you check the customs laws of your country. Accepting these shipping terms confirms that you will be liable for all customs charges applied to your delivery upon its arrival in your country . Should you request an exchange, you will also be responsible for taxes and duties on the replacement item.
Please note that according to customs regulations, Aspinoza cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
Whatever the customer orders, is what we ship. We cannot be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order.
If a delivery fails for any reason and the address sent to was the correct address as provided by the customer, Aspinoza cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us.
